1) Senior consultant: we are looking for candidates who satisfy the below criteria to handle a challenging and responsible position:

  • Overall responsibility of execution of assignments within estimated time

  • Reporting to Partner/Director

  • Can take decisions related to client service

  • Make recommendations to the Directors for client retention/addition and fee levels

  • Able to plan assignments and set priorities

  • Assign tasks and delegate to subordinates

  • Lead project teams

  • Closely supervise the work of the audit team in execution of assignments to meet time schedules and quality standards

  • Develop and maintain excellent client relations

  • Identify opportunities to market audit and other services

  • Graduate of any discipline in commerce with experience of 8-10 years in consultancy and company formation business


 
2) Company Secretary: Would you like to apply your regional corporate secretarial knowledge on international grounds and liaise with clients and government offices? Hone your skills with us if you satisfy the below:

  • Handle client requirements with regards to corporate compliance and Government requests

  • Act as coordinator between the firm, the client and external regulators and advisers

  • Address Government and client queries and resolve them in given time frame

  • Ensure adherence to annual statutory and event based compliances

  • Organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and annual general meetings (AGMs)

  • Attend meetings, prepare minutes and ensure implementation of planned activities

  • Contribute to meeting discussions as and when required, and advise members of the legal, governance, accounting and tax implications of proposed policies

  • Assist in offshore and onshore company formation

  • Provide corporate secretarial services to offshore and onshore clients – change in board, increase/decrease in share capital, transfer of shares, dividend payments, managing share options schemes, mergers and takeovers, etc.

  • Systematically maintain statutory books, file documents and maintain complete records and registers of members, directors, secretaries, etc.

  • Prepare study reports and manuals for internal or client assignment

  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take timely appropriate actions.Qualified Company Secretary – fresher
